Demi's words- Girls can be really hard on each other. I experienced so much bullying and heartache from girls who teased me. I now know what to look for in girlfriends and i know when to walk away too. When i'm down or having a rough day or need a shoulder to cry on my truest friends have risen to the top.
Goal- Make a list of your closest girlfriends and call them to tell them how much their friendship, support, and love mean to you.
There will always be girls who try to bring you down and girls who think there is so amazing just because their popular and "perfect." In reality the girls who are pretty are the ones who are enjoyable to be around and respectful to people who may be less fortunate. Every school has a gang of popular girls who will act like they're the most perfect human beings but honestly having an attitude and being stick up just because those girls always made me feel like i was than. Now i know for a fact that my friends are way better than being accepted by a stuck up group of girls.
