Goal- Even the smaller tasks in life deserve all your heart. Something as simple as a hug or saying "thank you" should be given the same level of love and care as bigger actions.
There's not really much point in living if you don't do something that you love to do. Everything you are doing whether big or small can hugely impact someone's life. Some people aren't as fortunate so be glad that you have even the smallest things because you're very lucky to have everything you have and nothing should be taken for granted even the bad things because the bad things happen for a reason that is unimaginable.
