Everybody with eating disorders have done these so called "Ana pics". You can deny it all you want but let me tell you EVERYBODY with an eating disorder does it. I'm not going to lie, I do it. I don't post them but I do have an album in my phone labeled "body checks". I'm not really proud of it but it seems like the right thing to do in the moment because it's another part of control for me.
It is my way of looking at myself through a perspective that isn't the mirror if that makes sense.
Those pictures don't necessarily make me believe I'm any skinnier which in my head is "better".
