Day 16 #30dayfreedomchallenge

What is one thing surrounding food that you want to change? Create a plan to shift something small 


Obviously I would like to change the rigidity surround food.
More importantly my thoughts surround food.

I would like to genuinely feel my feelings without the need to control them by lack of nutrition.
Yes I did just say I want to actually feel what I'm feeling (gasp!)

Most of all I just want the thoughts to go away. Therefore my behaviors will dissipate.
I'm not sure I want to do this challenge. My ED is just too strong.

I ate a Clif bar yesterday morning, I usually don't have breakfast.

I can't do this by myself. I need help to fight this demon in my head. I can't do it alone.
