Demi's words- When you are struggling with something greater than yourself and all else fails, you just have to be willing to hand your problems over to something greater than yourself. Whether you believe in God, Allah, or the power of the universe, each of us has a higher power within and around us. Just realizing and accepting that you're not in control of everything in this life is actually very liberating and can lead to powerful things.
Goal- Think of those things you're holding on to, breathe, and hand them over to your higher power.
