Learning to let go and have fun and not be so uptight is something i definitely need to work on. Having an addiction of any kind, you are very good at isolating yourself and disregarding your friends for your self-destructive actions. Learning to rebuild those friendships and relationships again is hard, you have to completely start from scratch. You really need people in your life to guide you in the right direction and people who genuinely care about you. Having friendships and participating in social events is worth so much more than participating in destroying yourself. Life is short, you shouldn't spend it slowly watching your life slip away before your eyes
