Demi's words- If you have your heart set on a specific outcome, don't obsess. Outcomes change and vary too much to be exactly what we hope or wish. Just take the time to savor and enjoy the process and trust that the rest will happen when it's supposed to.
Goal- Think back on a time when the process of achieving a goal was better than your actual goal.
Achieving a goal is obviously a lot more rewarding then thinking about your goal and thinking how far you have to go to that goal. It is always worth it in the end. Everything happens the way it's supposed to and you shouldn't rush your life away. Learn to relax and let your life happen the way it's supposed to. Life is short, live to the fullest.
