Demi's words- It's important to see the world with your eyes open. Always be looking to find something new even in the most ordinary of places. It's great to see the world, but it's all for nothing if you aren't ready to see new things.
Goal- Try to see something or someone from a new perspective. Release all preconceived notions.
With some of the negative things that have happened to me, I've convinced myself that trying new things are bad and nothing good can come out of it, all that it causes me is intense anxiety but I now have realized that no one can predict what will happen next, you just have to jump in with both feet because if you slowly test the waters you give yourself the opportunity to back out of the opportunity that can completely change your few of trying new things. You never know how great something will be if you don't try it. What will you try next that you have never tried before?
