Demi's words- It's an instinct we're born knowing, yet for some reason it's the thing we forget the fastest, especially when we are stressed out or overwhelmed.

Goal- Focus on breathing in a peaceful place. It can really make a huge difference in brightening your day and your mood.


Having anxiety/anxiety attacks it can be difficult to breathe or remember to breathe because you're so busy and panicked about the task at hand. Meditation is a really good thing I think for people who have anxiety or are just looking for something to relax themselves. Meditation forces you to breathe and just focus on your breathing and nothing else. You find yourself becoming more aware of yourself and your surroundings.
