You can't go through life not willing to try because you're afraid, embarrassed or any negative emotion because that stops you from living and experiencing. I feel like a hypocrite because I have not wanted to do things or haven't gone out with friends because I'm insecure with myself and because of my addictions. It's sad because it's the true sign of addiction and how much a disease has taken over you. The main thing is here that on order to actually live you need to be healthy physically and mentally to live a happy and healthy life.
