Demi's words- A scar is a symbol of experiencing something profound. Some of is have physical scars that we can see; when we look at them they remind us of a trying journey we went through. For many of us the scars are invisible- they are metaphors for a battle we fought and overcame.

Goal- Reflect on your scars and how they helped shape your life for the better

I absolutely love this quote, scars whether physical or emotional shape who we are. Every scars is a story to be told whether it's happy or sad and you can change your life based on your scars. I think that's so beautiful.
