Write a love letter to yourself
I'm not going to lie, this is a really hard concept for me. I will try my best, not going to make it seem like I love myself because I really don't but I will try I guess. Every time I write dear my name after that I can't for the life of me can't think of anything.
I will try this again later when I am capable of doing so.
