Day 24 #30dayfreedomchallenge

This is more of an action challenge so I'm just going to write the challenge :)


  • Take action to do a 5 minute meditation
  • Either sit in silence, listen to meditation on YouTube or there are free apps that you can use
  • Focus on your breathing. Notice the thoughts that come up. Observe them but do not judge them. Let them go and relax in the present moment.
