Journal topics?

Hey everybody :) I've decided to do something a little different from my usual on this blog and it will give you guys ideas for yourselves as well as my own :) It's something positive and finding ways to express yourself and understand yourself better. Do any of you know Kati Morton? She's a youtuber about mental health related things literally about everything, you name it she most likely has a video on it :) She makes videos Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and all except for Monday are FAQ videos, she has people from different social media sites ask her questions and they're usually about 3-4 questions and at the end of every FAQ video someone suggests a journal topic for everyone to write and think about. I've always just watched the videos just for the questions but now i'm kind of at a loss to what i'm writing about on here because i think updates on my life are pretty boring, at least to me anyway :)

If anyone wants to watch Kati's videos just go to youtube and type in Kati Morton and she should be the first one :) you can easily tell by the millions of subscribers :)

Her youtube video schedule goes like this:

Monday: Topic videos (most asked question or something she herself wants to dedicate a whole video on)

Tuesday: Tumblr Tuesday (questions on tumblr

Wednesday: Youtube/website wednesday (questions from her website katimorton.com as well as questions from youtube)

Thursday: Twitter (i think you kind of get the point by now lol :)

Friday: Facebook

She's really great and i've been following her for a couple years now and i take alot from her videos and learn new things from them as well :)

If you want me to use her previous journal topics and put them on here i will be happy to do it :) I might do them anyway but if you guys give feedback it will give me more motivation to keep them going :)
