Demi's words- when you let people year you down and say you have nothing to offer, you are giving into them. Your basically giving them permission by way of submission. Nobody has the right to take your power- it's yours and yours alone.

Goal- Use the voice that you were given. Shout what you believe in from the top of your lungs. Never let anyone quiet you.

If you don't think you have any power or worth in the world you automatically think about all the things that you think you don't have any power or control in. You know what you love to do so do it even if you think you don't think your good at anything reach for the stars and prove to that nasty voice in your head that you choose your passions for a reason.
